A heavier evolution of the Blast Bait 2.0 Series, developed to deliver extreme casting distance, compact profile and the ability to fish heavier outfits without sacrificing the bait size needed to get the bite.
Handmade and hand painted, the FAST SINK range carries the same refined finish and colour selection as the wider Blast Bait and timber lure lineup. Construction features a solid ABS shell, solid resin infill through the lower half with embedded internal weights, stainless steel throughwire, polyurethane infill through the upper section, and a sealed, sanded, painted and epoxied exterior for added durability and long-term finish retention.
Available in both 90mm at 40g and 120mm at 85g, the additional weight allows the lure to be cast further and more accurately on heavier PE outfits—ideal when targeting fast-moving or easily spooked pelagics whether landbased or from a boat, or when fishing reef flats, bommies and heavy structure where immediate stopping power is critical.
Despite the FAST SINK name, the range is not simply limited to deep presentations. A fast retrieve keeps the lure tracking just below the surface, while slower retrieves and extended pauses allow anglers to work deeper through the water column, maintain contact with the lure and keep it in the strike zone for longer.
The result is a compact, highly durable sinking bait built to reach distant fish, carry heavier tackle and open up an entirely different range of applications without losing the natural action and proven fishability of the Blast Bait platform.
