Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped.
Please note that potential delays can occur as a result of postal service problems that are outside of our control.

If delivery to any location is not accepted by our website please feel welcome to contact us direct at support@tacotackle.com.au and we'll do our best to assist.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Free shipping is available for all domestic orders within Australia whereby the purchaser spends an aggregate (excluding postage) of over $100 GST incl.
*This excludes fishing rods which have a set shipping price of $50.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries (only): New Zealand, France, UK, USA and Canada. This may be subject to change from time to time, and customers beyond this coverage are welcome to contact us at support@tacotackle.com.au to see if we can assist.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you have any concerns or queries you can also contact support@tacotackle.com.au prior to placing an order.
International shipping timelines can vary greatly depending on the destination / postal service and more. Please allow up to 20 days however please also be aware the timeline may extend beyond this amount beyond our control. Please note that potential delays can occur as a result of postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Importantly, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Taco Tackle is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer .However, Taco Tackle is now paying import tariffs, taxes and duties for the United States only. These fees are included within the product/shipping pricing and will be paid by Taco Tackle / on our behalf by the shipping agency, to US border patrol, prior to US entry. Local/state sales tax may still be collected at checkout by Shopify, depending on your shipping address.
Furthermore, the customer must undertake their own due diligence in terms of investigating importing/exporting laws. Taco Tackle are not responsible for any such laws preventing the entry of their products into a particular country.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@tacotackle.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
