The big brother of the Hammersley and named after the Glomar Shoals which are located approximately 150km north of Dampier on the Rowley shelf featuring depths of 33 to 77 metres. The Glomar is the heaviest noisiest popper in our range and is not for the faint hearted as it delivers a huge presence and requires a dedicated popping rod of at least PE8-10. Designed to make maximum noise and bring fish up from the deep, the ideal popper for deep reef drop offs and ledges being patrolled by predators lurking below.
200mm long, weight 145g, with a unique asymmetrical cup of 49mm (high) X 45mm (wide)
Create the biggest presence and loudest thud by using a dedicated popping rod with a short fast downward popping action, or can also be swept for a large seductive bubble trail with a tight roll and wiggle.
Solid timber construction with 2mm stainless steel through-wire, quality artwork and hi-strength epoxy for durability.
Designed to handle oversized terminal. Fit with trebles for best action or try a large single or assist on the tail to increase lure action. Another option that works well with this popper is a long assist from the tow point combined with a tail single.
