Handmade and hand painted, the Blast Bait 2.0 SLOW SINK range carries a colour selection aligned with the wider West Coast Poppers timber lure lineup. Construction features a solid ABS shell, solid resin through the lower half containing the internal weights and stainless-steel through-wire, polyurethane infill through the upper section, and a sealed, sanded, painted and epoxied exterior for added durability and long-term finish retention.
On the water, the SLOW SINK models deliver a balanced, medium natural action consistent with the wider West Coast Poppers range. Their controlled sink rate and level flutter keep the lure working throughout the drop, allowing anglers to use pauses and slower retrieves to hold the bait in the strike zone for longer, especially in shallower water.
Fish them quickly and they will track naturally just below the surface. Slow the retrieve or extend the pauses to work deeper through the water column while maintaining contact and control.
The result is a durable and highly versatile hard-bodied sinking bait with the natural presentation, hang time and proven fishability required to consistently draw bites from both aggressive and passive fish.
